A 4000+ crowd, 14 bands on two stages.
An intimate acoustic performance by Kip Winger, of the bands Winger, Alan Parsons, and Alice Cooper.
The system was designed to cover a wide local area. Great attention was given to equalization of all speaker systems and input channels for both the main systems and the monitor systems.
An intimate acoustic event, and later that year an intimate full band concert. Photo albums for the first event are on Myspace and Facebook.
The sound system for the second event used the improved speaker design used for Kip Winger with the largest console configuration often used for festivals.
This was an amazing show. The band traveled with two good stage technicians who set up the amps and drums for the band.
After soundcheck, Steve Adler said he was very pleased with the Meyer speakers used for his drum monitor. "That's how I tell everyone I want my drum monitor to sound - Clean and clear, with depth and punch! This is the best drum monitor I've had in a month! Don't change a thing I love it!"
Steve then went back to the drumset with a grin and played his heart out for a half hour, while Dave Muddiman followed to the monitor console eventually finding some additional improvements to the mix getting approving nods from Steve adler.

The room was carefully measured to assure a great listening experience. There were rehearsals each day. And several hours of tech time before each performance. The event kept getting better.
It was sad to take this show down when it was over.

The client was saved money when it was discovered that onsite utility power was adequate for the efficient Meyer PA speakers.

A beautiful room and professional actors. The first FOH mixing job throught the International Alliance.
Full of people and with a diificult shape to cover. Clear sound inside the fence but much quieter outside the gate.
The Ground Floor hired Starground for it's biggest performances. Sound was clearly audible and powerful dispite the venue's challenging acoustics.
Were it doesn't seem to need a great soundsystem, and fears abound that the gear won't fit or it will be too much. But the truth is the sound system functions great in the little rooms, it is compact enough to fit, and it is never too loud.
Walk-ins, comedy, alignment, all-for-monitors and repairs yet to be described.
