Delaware band Backlash has most of its bandmembers belonging to unions, so they were chosen.
David Muddiman is the soundman of choice for Backlash and he also is a worker for IATSE, so he was contracted to provide sound for the band and for the various labor and political speakers.
The soundsystem consisted of two new Meyer UPA-1P, two Meyer 650-R2 sub-woofers, and two EAW FR-153 for outer sidefill. Monitors were three Meyer UM-1P, One Meyer UM-100P, and one JBL SR4735a for drums.
